The proposed package maintains current coverage for medical, dental, and life insurance plans with Kaiser HMO, Health Net PPO, and Lincoln Financial. A change in vision coverage is proposed, moving from Lincoln Financial to VSP Director for enhanced benefits and network options. The benefits package is designed to provide comprehensive and competitive health coverage to employees while ensuring cost-effectiveness for the organization. |
