The CBO recommends the board approve the 2021-26 MOU between LFCS and SDCOE.

CBO will present current school financials as of November 30, 2021.
   
  C. 2021-22 First Interim Report
   
CBO will present the board with the 2021-22 First Interim Report and recommends the board approve it. This report must be submitted to SDCOE on or before December 15, 2021.
   
  D. Educator Effectiveness Block Grant and Expenditure Plan
   
The CBO will present the details of the grant and the required expenditure plan for a vote. This grant will fund the vast majority of our professional development for the current school year and the subsequent 4 school years. This plan was read during the November 10, 2021 regular board meeting. The CBO recommends the board approve this plan.
   
  E. Request for Proposal: Audit and related services
   
The CBO requests the board approve a request for proposal for LFCS' annual audit for fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
