Board meetings are held in public. The agenda provides any citizen an opportunity to directly address the Board under the section entitled “Community Comment” on any item under the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board that is not on the agenda. The Public will be provided an opportunity to address the Board on agenda items before or during the Board’s deliberation. To request a matter within the jurisdiction of the Board be placed on the agenda of a regular meeting, please submit your request in writing to the Executive Director or Board President at least 10 days before the scheduled meeting date. This company puts together fundraising campaigns for non-profits. They break down their fundraising campaigns into two phases: 1) Feasibility and 2) Raising the money. They have a flat fee of $22,500 for the feasibility study to tell us whether it is feasible to raise $3 million dollars. We can do a conference call with them.

   
  F. Stipends Add to Contracts?
   

The new pay matrix has the stipends on it. It was done that way for flexibility for the Board. Should it be added into the contracts?
