Call the Meeting to Order

Ian Connell called a meeting of the Audit Committee Committee of Navigator Schools to order on Thursday Mar 14, 2024 at 5:32 PM.

CliftonLarsonAllen Audit Engagement

Shara Hegde made a motion to Motion to Approve CLA as the Audit Firm.
Claire Grissom seconded the motion.

Goal is to consider the audit firm of CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA). Lili Huang from CLA presented the statement of work (SOW) on behalf of CLA. This proposal amends last year's proposal to include Hayward Collegiate. The SOW contains "standard language."  

The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
