  A. Hayward Collegiate Material Revision
   

K. Sved will review upcoming material revisions to the charter of Hayward Collegiate per the requirements of its authorizer, the Alameda County Office of Education.
  B. Review of Board Member Terms
   

The Board Chair will lead a review of board member terms, including proposed timelines for next steps and future board actions.
