K. Carr will lead a discussion regarding the process of selecting parent representatives as board members for 2022-23.
  B. Review of Current Board Member Terms
   

The board chair will lead a review of current board member terms.
  C. Election of Ian Connell to 2nd Board Term
   

The committee will discuss the potential of forwarding a recommendation to the board to elect I. Connell to a second term.
  D. Consideration of Electing Jaime Quiroga to the Board
   

The committee will considering electing Jaime Quiroga to the Navigator Schools Board of Directors.
  E. Discussion of AB 361 and Possible Return to In-Person Board Meetings
   

Members will discuss issues relating to Assembly Bill 361, including the potential return to in-person board meetings.
