  A. Review of Students Outcomes
   
Staff will review student outcomes, including
  1. Social Emotional Learning (SEL) competency growth during distance learning as reported by Panorama surveys
  2. Daily attendance rates at all school sites
   
  B. Autonomous Hybrid Learning Models
   
J. Dent will lead a discussion concerning the development of autonomous hybrid learning plans at school sites. Considerations will include the identification of basic parameters and scheduling details based on student enrollment and staff numbers per site.
  C. Leveraging Strategies for Continuous Improvement
   
M. Alatorre Alnas and J. Dent will outline potential restructuring strategies to optimize teaching and learning for implementation in January, 2021. Topics will include
  1. Utilizing internet technology tools to support the effective review of student work and understanding
  2. Promoting high levels of participation to ensure "heavy lifting" on the part of students during learner-centered instructional activities (ratio), including peer and cross-age tutoring structures
