Call the Meeting to Order
S. Al called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Rochester Academy Charter School to order on Tuesday Sep 16, 2025 at 1:19 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Doyle made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 06-11-25.
M. Demirtas seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Building level data scoreboards
Each Principal presented their building-level data scoreboards. The monitored metrics are designed to drive progress toward the school’s Wildly Important Goal.

Annual Regents Comparison
Dr. Martina presented the annual and Cohort Regents outcomes. Annual Regents exam results showed progress and improvement, while Cohort outcomes demonstrated significant gains, bringing school performance back on track to pre-pandemic levels. The graduation rate reached 93%, likely exceeding the state average.
