- Parent and community volunteers celebrated at TMSA Volunteer Breakfast held 4.22.25
- Request approval for 2025-2026 board and committee meetings; board and committee meetings to be moved to bi-monthly schedule
- State Charter Schools Commission Capacity Interview held today, 4.29.2025. Should be added to State Charter Schools Commission meeting on July 11, 2025
- Sale of property update - amended to purchase 1 acre (instead of 2) for $25,000; proceeds will go to Annual Innovation Fund
- 1st Annual Golf Tournament - $15,000 in proceeds
- Employee Benefits - in renewal phase; reviewing plan offers; employees have been sent a survey
- Upcoming Compliance Items - submit board training hours; due to FCS 6.30.25; bring forms to governing board meeting (board on track > documents >regular board documents)
