Call the Meeting to Order
Tangie Warrior called a meeting of the board of directors of The Main Street Academy to order on Thursday Oct 29, 2026 at 9:03 AM.

Approval of the Agenda
C. Jade Rutland, Esq made a motion to Amend the agenda to remove Action Item #3.
Bruce Hall, Jr., Esq. seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Presentation and Approval of 2025-2026 Audit Report
C. Jade Rutland, Esq made a motion to Approve the FY26 Audit Report and Financial Statements as presented.
Ophelia Glynn seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
Presentation and Approval of 2025-2026 Agreed Upon Procedures Audit Report
Bruce Hall, Jr., Esq. made a motion to Approve the AUP Procedures Audit as presented.
Yvonne King-Dixon seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
C.
Board Compliance
C. Jade Rutland, Esq made a motion to Amend the agenda to remove this item.
Tangie Warrior seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
D.
Board voted to confirm Board Member Deborah Nutt to take over the Board Secretary role as Board Member Sharmaine Mercer has resigned from her remaining board term.
Tangie Warrior made a motion to Appoint Ms. Nutt as Board Secretary.
C. Jade Rutland, Esq seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
