Goals recap: 

1. Create a consistent way/template for the board to monitor the School Improvement Plan.

2. Create a shared definition of academic excellence for TMSA and set an awareness metric for stakeholders. Can measure whether the message resonates through a school climate survey.

3. Track data on student progress to support the recharter using several benchmarks.

1. Seek out training to educate board members on academic needs and progress.

Mrs. Recasner requested a tool (i.e. excel spreadsheet) to track diagnostic test scores for the previous 5 years for each grade to have data readily available for rechartering or if Fulton County has questions.

 

Currently, there is a digital dashboard. Info to be shared during the February committee meeting; Dr. Owes will also check archives for data.
