Next Steps: schedule a working session to discuss as a committee; objectives and activities to align with the current strategic plan
Goals recap: 1. Create a consistent way/template for the board to monitor the School Improvement Plan. 2. Create a shared definition of academic excellence for TMSA and set an awareness metric for stakeholders. Can measure whether the message resonates through a school climate survey. 3. Track data on student progress to support the recharter using several benchmarks.
