Goals: 1. Create a consistent way/template for the board to monitor the School Improvement Plan. 2. Create a shared definition of academic excellence for TMSA and set an awareness metric for stakeholders. Can measure whether the message resonates through a school climate survey. 3. Track data of student progress to support the recharter using a number of benchmarks.
Additional Considerations 1. Seek out training to educate board members on academic needs and progress.
