Review and discuss Vida Charter School PA Future Ready Index scores

For two of our three goals (those in blue below), consider incorporating some measurement of them in the staff satisfaction survey. As a reminder, the three goals are:

• Committee will receive quarterly report of progress towards the goal of reaching a minimum of 50% of all students K-6 demonstrating math proficiency at or above grade level as measured by Acadience Math in Spring 2023.
• All staff members will receive meaningful feedback on their work from an administrator or coach a minimum of once per month throughout the school year.
• Committee will evaluate and provide feedback to the mid-year and end-of-the-year assessment of the impact of the instructional coach.
