The Educator Effectiveness Grants for TEACH Preparatory Elementary School, TEACH Academy of Technologies and TEACH Tech Charter High School include professional development to build capacity of teachers and leaders in the following areas:
- Coaching and mentoring of staff in an instructional setting
- Programs that lead to effective standards-aligned instruction
- Strategies for reengagement and accelerated learning
- Instruction and education support to implement effective language acquisition 
- At the elementary school only- tools and strategies for identifying GATE students and developing a GATE program
- At the high school only- support for the curriculum development for the required Ethnic Studies course
