Each year the FinCom has a goal to review and update where necessary the financial policies.
We will continue to review and propose any updates
  B. Strategic Plan update
  C. Discuss Friday night's fundraiser
  D. Present new Finance Committee members to the board
   

There were two guests to the meeting that are interested and willing to join the finance committee:
Julie Santosus and David Hausler.  This vote will allow the chairman to present them to the board at the next scheduled meeting for joining the team.
