Question RE HVAC system replacement was answered by John. An RFB was put out and failed to get any responses. This is being worked out.

New Business
Dance Studio Dressing Rooms
John presents the blue print (Dance Dept. Dressing Rooms.pdf) Plan is for 3 dressing rooms in each dance room (101 & 102), as shown in the PDF. Changing room walls will not go to the ceiling, to avoid issues with sprinkler system/fire code.
2nd Floor Restrooms
John presents the diagram (2nd Floor Restrooms.pdf) Plan will increase usable private bathroom space by 5 toilets. Needs to be gone over by architect et al.
1st Floor Music Dept Move
John presents diagram (Updated Music Move.pdf). This plan gives an additional (29' x 21') classroom to the Theater Dept. It also includes expansion of the health office and several office space moves, incl. construction of two cubical offices in 412 (becoming 216 with 212 and 214 becoming the rooms inside).
East Annex 2nd floor lunch room
John presents diagram (East Annex 2nd floor and Lunch Area.pdf). This plan creates a lunch room in the annex and adds a 2nd floor onto the annex, moving all the 1st floor classrooms up.

Planned next meeting falls on MLK Jr holiday, so it will need to be rescheduled.

Projected capital projects upcoming in the next few years, reported by Marcy Conner.
John mentioned something.....sorry. missed it.
Classroom makeover 235, 233 and 227. (All science labs). That'll leave 2 math classrooms on that end of 2nd floor.
Security makeover for front entrance is moving forward. John details the plan for everyone. Plan is to be done by end of April break.
