Tom Roy has been continually licensed as an attorney in the States of Massachusetts and New York since 2006. He has practiced in the area of Child Welfare Law for twenty years, and was the first Lawyer in Massachusetts to receive certification as a Child Welfare Law Specialist through the National Association of Counsel for Children and the American Bar Association. Tom came to this career after exposure to public speaking and presentation skills on the stages of Western Massachusetts grammar and high schools. His love of the arts has continued since then, and he has been fortunate to continue to practice movement based arts and teach martial arts to children in Western Massachusetts.

Dr. Laura Grant is a licensed clinical psychologist with a background in trauma-informed care, public service, education, and community mental health. She earned her PsyD from Nova Southeastern University and first came to Western Massachusetts for her postdoctoral training at Mount Holyoke College. She later spent nearly a decade as a psychologist with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs before entering private practice.
Laura is also a musician and lifelong supporter of the arts, with a deep appreciation for the role creative communities can play in helping young people discover who they are and develop their voices. As a PVPA parent and member of the Board of Trustees, she is honored to support a school community where young people are encouraged to grow as students, artists, and individuals.
