John - hand out & present a new Conceptual Plan, Idea Gathering Information Template & Potential Moves Doc. for the music department move to include renovated spaces that also encompass enhanced theater classrooms, student services, and eliminate all classes from being held in the main theater to review while other team members give updates of homework findings.

  • (3 min.) Loris - report back to the team if the AS support needs will be adequately met with the conceptual plan.
  • (3 min.) Austin - report back to the team if the Academic needs will be adequately met with the conceptual plan.
