Call the Meeting to Order

A. Davidson-Bey called a meeting of the Human Resources Committee of Intergenerational Schools to order on Friday May 17, 2024 at 9:43 AM.

Model Wide Admin Salaries

  • Rachel - you seem comparable and on track with what we do. 
  • Amy: Is it based on Time?
    • It is based on understanding, experience, and task difficulty
  • Brooke: Is this school specific or non-profit specific.
    • Factor in for Sarah, Tia, and Amy get a 5-year bump.

Can we get rid of Maxim if we find someone?

 

Rachel: Having the levels and being able to spell out what it takes to get from level to level is important. Define positions. Make some bands. 

 

Brooke: Check our people to CMSD. Try and find a percentage of that. 

- Find percent of teacher scale to CMSD and apply that same percent to Admin.

- Check CMSD and Breakthrough

- Somewhere between L2 and L3 percentage

- Draft steps, same as teachers, go by years of experience.
