TIS-East & Near West: MOU with Ohio Attorney General & the Bureau of Criminal Investigation to provide on-site fingerprinting (BCI & FBI) for staff, board members, and learning partners to meet State and Sponsor requirements. Initial one-time cost is $4,790.80 (TIS = $2,395.40, NWIS = $2,395.40) plus up to $75 per print, charged to individual schools. Annual total will vary but not exceed $1,400 combined. Paid from general funds or other monies obtained. This is a budgeted expense. RENEWAL OpsShare to provide student and staff data management including EMIS submissions, State reporting, SPED roster verification, enrollment, withdrawals, SIS transitions, and funding reconciliation. Contract runs July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 and will not exceed $43,200 (TIS = $21,600, NWIS = $21,600). Paid from general funds or other monies obtained. This is a budgeted expense. RENEWAL Securly provides cloud-based web filtering and student safety monitoring on school devices on and off campus. Includes blocking inappropriate content, enforcing acceptable use, and meeting CIPA requirements with reporting and alerts. Contract runs July 1, 2026–June 20, 2029 at $11,462.60 (TIS = $5,731.80, NWIS = $5,731.80). Paid from general funds or other monies obtained. This is a budgeted expense. RENEWAL Connect to provide student data services, IEP Anywhere database, fiscal support, and EMIS reporting from July 1, 2026–June 30, 2029. Cost will not exceed per-pupil rate per contract. Paid from general funds or other monies obtained. This is a budgeted expense. NEW Cleveland Clinic/Children’s Hospital Medical Center of Akron agreement to provide child and adolescent psychiatry residency training focused on patient care and medical education. Sponsoring institution retains responsibility for residents, including compensation, insurance, and oversight; participating institution provides supervision and training environment. Agreement runs July 1, 2026–June 30, 2031 unless terminated earlier. RENEWAL BrandPivot to provide marketing support, communication strategy, and project management aligned to strategic goals. Services run July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 not to exceed $68,400 (TIS = $19,000, NWIS = $19,000, IGCle = $30,400). Paid from general funds or other monies obtained. RENEWAL Frontline Central – Renewal of the contract to provide employee management services for the 2026-27 fiscal year, effective July 1, 2026. The cost of this service will not exceed a total of $4287.59 or $2143.80 per school and is a budgeted expense to be paid from general funds or other monies obtained. RENEWAL O’Neill Insurance to provide property and liability insurance coverage for 2026-2027 through Philadelphia Insurance, RGS Specialty/Indian Harbor and Markel RENEWAL Arlene's Cuisine Contract for the 26/27 SY for procurement, prep and service for student breakfast & lunch as part of the NSLP. The cost not to exceed $246,551.25 split between the schools (TIS=$130,293 NW=$116,258.25) paid from general funds. TIS-East-ONLY: RENEWAL Teach for America to provide teacher candidates meeting all licensure requirements. Upon hire, the school pays the teacher directly and an additional $5,000 placement cost. RENEWAL Zearn Math is a digital math platform aligned to grade-level standards, offering interactive lessons, personalized learning, and real-time data for progress monitoring. Contract runs July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 at a cost of $3,500. Paid from general funds or other monies obtained. This is a budgeted expense. RENEWAL Fluid Yoga to design and deliver developmentally appropriate yoga instruction, including observation and individualized goals. Contract runs August 12, 2026–May 28, 2027 not to exceed $43,000. Paid from general funds or other monies obtained. This is a budgeted expense. First Amendment and Addendum to the Lease Agreement between TIS and The Boys and Girls Club s of Northeast Ohio, effective as of April 30, 2026, extending the term of the existing Lease between the parties for an additional 3 years to April 29, 2029 and incorporating the terms and conditions of the Services Agreement between the parties expiring April 29, 2026 into the amended Lease Agreement for the duration of the lease term. NWIS ONLY: NEW-KFunk Consulting to provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, school year setup, and facility coordination. Cost not to exceed $10,000. Paid from general funds or other monies obtained. NEW Ignite to provide transition and coaching support from June–August 2026 at a cost of $3,000. This is unbudgeted and to be paid from general funds NEW-Falls & Co to provide professional communications consulting services to provide strategic counsel and communications support at a cost of $5000.
