Approve Minutes from Previous Meeting

Nora Crivello made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 11-21-24.
Shara Hegde seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The Committee Chair made brief opening comments.

Opening Comments from CEO & Superintendent

The CEO & Superintendent noted the impact of Moss Landing fire on school families.

II. Topical

A.

First Amendment to Master Lease for 18 West Beach Street, Watsonville CA

Nora Crivello made a motion to approve the First Amendment to Master Lease for 18 West Beach Street, Watsonville, CA.
Shara Hegde seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

B.

Caprice Young left the meeting at 3:47pm.

C.

Preparation for Board Retreat

The Committee discussed preparation for the upcoming Board retreat and Director of Compliance Ami Ortiz made additional comments.
