Roger Castillo, Director of Client Finance at Charter Impact, presented the February month‑end close, highlighting key financial results, variances, and items for the Committee’s review.

Navigator Schools 2026-27 Draft Budget
Dr. Caprice Young, CEO & Superintendent, presented the 2026-27 draft budget, for discussion.
C.
Orange County Prep 2026–27 Budget
Dr. Caprice Young, CEO & Superintendent, presented the Orange County Prep budget for the Committee's consideration and recommendation to the Board for approval.

There were public comments made concerning the HPS middle school move and teacher salaries. The Committee informed the speakers that they could not answer questions during Public Comments but that the speakers questions would be addressed during the course of the meeting and/or at the Board meeting on April 20, 2026.
