	A.	Classkick and Pear Deck Updates
		J. Dent will review implementation and professional development efforts related to Classkick and Pear Deck.
	B.	Watsonville Prep School Intervention Plan
		J. Dent will present the WPS intervention plan, including expansion to Gilroy Prep School and Hollister Prep School. He will also discuss fluency comprehension in grades four through eight.
	C.	Investments in Response to Learning Loss
		J. Dent will share strategies to address learning loss due to circumstances resulting from COVID-19. He will present ideas for summer school, calendar modifications for school breaks, and the addition of second libraries at Gilroy Prep and Hollister Prep.
	D.	Committee Review
		J. Dent will lead a discussion to clarify committee goals and practices with the overall goal of ensuring academic success at Navigator Schools.
