Committee members will provide feedback concerning board member onboarding, guided by key questions, including:
  1. How long should the onboarding process take (in terms of expected total hours and distribution of components over time)? 
  2. What expectations in terms of time and roles, if any, might be created for current board members to participate in the onboarding process?
