Kindergarten will start school on August 18 with all other students.

Proposed to have Kindergarten conclude up to 5 days early in May to allow for KEEP testing for the incoming Kindergarten students.

Math Goals

By June 2028, the percentage of all OPA students, including students in the Students With Disabilities (SWD), Economically Disadvantaged (EDA), and Hispanic (HI7) subgroups, meeting math proficiency will increase by 18% as measured by USBE Summative Assessments.

  • 5% increase in FY26  We had 2% increase 16% to 18%
  • 9% increase in FY27  
  • 7% increase in FY28

The MGP for all OPA students, including students in the SWD, EDA, and HI7 subgroups, in math will increase from 44 (57.0 Junior High) (30.5 Elementary) in 2024 to no less than 66 in 2028 as measured by USBE Summative Assessments.

 


ELA Goals

By June 2028, the percentage of all OPA students, including students in the Students With Disabilities (SWD), Economically Disadvantaged (EDA), and Hispanic (HI7) subgroups, meeting ELA proficiency will increase by 18%  as measured by USBE Summative Assessments.

  • 6% increase in FY26  We maintained -  0% increase; 19% to 19%
  • 13% increase in FY27
  • 5% increase in FY28

The MGP for all OPA students, including students in the SWD, EDA, and HI7 subgroups, in ELA will increase from 47 (51.5 Junior High) (41.0 Elementary) in 2024 to no less than 66 in 2028  as measured by USBE Summative Assessments.
