Call the Meeting to Order
J. Corbat called a meeting of the Facilities Committee of The Exploris School to order on Thursday May 9, 2024 at 4:00 PM.

Approve Minutes
B. Francese made a motion to approve the minutes from Facilities Committee | Monthly Meeting on 04-11-24.
J. Corbat seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Facilities
A.
Updates from Rosewood
- Brent joined a meeting with Rosewood, Josh, and DRMP yesterday to discuss the progress of the TIA MOU process.
- Brent will join us for our next Board meeting to provide expert insight on the development process and our ongoing progress.
