Call the Meeting to Order
J. Corbat called a meeting of the Facilities Committee of The Exploris School to order on Thursday Apr 11, 2024 at 4:02 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Corbat made a motion to approve the minutes from Facilities Committee | Monthly Meeting on 02-08-24.
S. Darroch seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Facilities
A.
Updates from Rosewood
- Josh met with a Brownfields attorney to review the annual Land Use Restrictions Update (LURU). The attorney advised that the school can sign and submit the agreement as written, especially knowing that we are not yet using the land.
- The City has agreed to meet on Thursday, April 18, regarding the TIA. We expect the City to help us chart a path to approval.
- Josh set up a meeting with Mary Black, current City council member, to discuss our Facilities project.
B.
Closed Session for Property Discussion
- The Committee discussed current site acquisition targets.
