Call the Meeting to Order
J. Corbat called a meeting of the Facilities Committee of The Exploris School to order on Thursday Feb 8, 2024 at 4:00 PM.

Approve Minutes
C. McIntyre made a motion to approve the minutes from Facilities Committee | Monthly Meeting on 01-11-24.
K. Morgan seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Facilities
A.
Updates from Rosewood
- The Traffic Impact Analysis work continues.
- The City gave us comments last week.
- RKA is responding to the comments.
- We are seeking an advocate within the City offices to help us move the TIA through their processes.
B.
Closed Session for Property Discussion
- The Committee discussed property acquisition targets.
