Call the Meeting to Order
J. Corbat called a meeting of the Facilities Committee of The Exploris School to order on Thursday Jan 11, 2024 at 4:00 PM.

Approve Minutes
K. Morgan made a motion to approve the minutes from Facilities Committee Meeting on 11-16-21.
C. McIntyre seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Facilities
A.
Updates from Rosewood
- Kindley Street Update:
- The MOU for the TIA will be submitted by EOW. It'll take 2 weeks to receive comments (which we expect because RKA is submitting a preliminary plan).
- CapDev Capital Campaign proposal is going in front of the Board this month.
- Three additional sites were discussed.
