J. Corbat called a meeting of the Facilities Committee of The Exploris School to order on Thursday Oct 12, 2023 at 4:05 PM.

Approve Minutes
C. McIntyre made a motion to approve the minutes from Facilities Committee | Monthly Meeting on 09-14-23.
B. Francese seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

- Josh gave updates on Due Diligence at Kindley Street parcel.
- Josh gave updates on additional properties being vetted for acquisition.
