J. Corbat called a meeting of the Facilities Committee of The Exploris School to order on Thursday Sep 14, 2023 at 4:06 PM.

Approve Minutes
K. Morgan made a motion to approve the minutes from Facilities Committee Meeting on 06-08-23.
B. Francese seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Facilities

Updates from Rosewood
- Rosewood continues the work on Kindley Street
- Rosewood is also vetting a new property that has come to our attention
B.
Closed Session for Property Discussion
- The Committee discussed property taxes for the Kindley Street parcel
