J. Corbat called a meeting of the Facilities Committee of The Exploris School to order on Thursday Nov 10, 2022 at 4:05 PM.

Approve Minutes
B. Francese made a motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting.
J. Corbat seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Facilities
A.
Discussion of Kindley Street Test Fit & Budget
- The conceptual budget that PCSD has sent us is encouraging. We would like to further explore building on Kindley Street.
- There is a proposal on the table to discuss developers. The committee has decided to move forward with exploring this.

Closed Session for Property Discussion
Closed session was not needed.
