R. Boyce called a meeting of the Governance Committee of The Exploris School to order on Tuesday Oct 18, 2022 at 3:35 PM.

Approve Minutes
E. Grunden made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee on 09-13-22.
D. Brown seconded the motion.
Current minutes are incomplete but what is there is accurate.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:30 PM.
