(2) Personnel issues - we discussed changes to some language in the personnel handbook related to donated leave.
(3) We discussed political activity policy need and decided that the personnel handbook adequately covers this issue.
(4) Recruitment and officers - we discussed the officers and board positions that will be presented tonight.
