J. Gerdts called a meeting of the board of directors of The Exploris School to order on Friday Apr 7, 2017 at 11:00 AM.

J. Gerdts made a motion to move to closed session pursuant to NCGS section 143-318.11(a)(6).
C. Cunningham seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

J. Gerdts made a motion to move to open session, our closed session discussion having ended. No motion was made during closed session.
