Call the Meeting to Order
J. Corbat called a meeting of the Facilities Committee of The Exploris School to order on Thursday Feb 5, 2026 at 4:02 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Corbat made a motion to approve the minutes from Facilities Committee | Monthly Meeting on 12-04-25.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Facilities
A.
Facilities Update
- Josh presented his monthly Update slide deck to the Committee.
- The Committee discussed ideal structures to put in place for smooth functioning of this group, including the desire for dedicated project management and communication leadership.
B.
Capital Campaign Update
- The time-limited Development Manager position has been posted. Josh will soon gather a hiring committee to proceed with this position.
