In light of recent political actions, we have drafted a statement of support in line with our school's mission, values, and equity statement. The committee will discuss and vote on whether or not to bring the statement to the full Board for a vote to adopt. 

  
  B. Review Proposal for Clarifying Relationship Between the Exploris Board of Directors and the Exploris Foundation Discuss Deborah Brown 15 m
   

1. Review the relevant bylaws for each organization

2. Review the advice provided by our school attorney

3. Discuss a proposal to have the Board formally recognize the Foundation Chair as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors

4. Discuss a proposal to have the Board formally appoint the Foundation Director
