  • We would like to grow our staff and community involvement in committee work. Governance will brainstorm, discuss, and approve a process to recommend to the Board for how new members are invited.
  • We can begin by reviewing the process for adding new Board members

 

 
  B. Process for Reviewing Board By laws
   

1. Review the Exploris School By laws

2. Develop a process for recommending updates, revisions, or deletions. 
  C. Review Process for Director Support, Feedback and Evaluation
   

1. This will be a new committee/subcommittee

2. Governance has made recommendations for the process and they have been reviewed and approved by the board

3. Governance should discuss how to best hand off this work to the new committee
  D. Open Topics
