  A. FY21 May Financials
   
No significant changes to forecast.  Updated forecast (contracted services) to reflect Douglass scholars being serviced at Ottiwell Campus.
All COVID grants will be spent by 6/30, with exception of CARES.
Chromebook and laptop orders have been placed and will be reflected in June financials.
DSCR is in compliance.
  B. Construction Update
   
From OPM:

Schedule:  Dellbrook has shifted some of our contractors activities to pick up time from the COVID delay and projecting that we are currently on schedule.

We are at approximately  completed 46% of the project at this time
 
Budget:  for the project is continuing to be in good shape.
 
Current level of Construction Change orders $73,961 against our  change  budget contingency is $1,137,340.  We are reviewing current requests totaling $16,411 with our project architect and engineer.
 Current Change Order under review #12 for added sound barrier hanger in ceiling, change in the roof hatch dimension, roof curb support for mechanical system and added waterproofing at roof.
 
Current level for COVID allowance spent is $13,511 against our COVID budget contingency of $180,000.
 
Job status update:
  • Pre engineered building panels and roof are at 95%. Trade is now proceeding with all trim work
  • Mechanical systems and duct work in classroom building is competed and being insulated
  • Electrical in walls in classroom building has been inspected by New Bedford electrical inspector and approved
  • Sprinkler Piping completed in classrooms
  • Plumbing in walls in classroom building has been inspected by plumbing inspector and approved
  • Electrical closet wiring is ongoing
  • Exterior grading is compete and binder to be applied throughout the site. Completion prior to June 30, 2021
  • Window frames are currently being installed in classroom building. Glass installation following right behind. Projected completion by June 30, 2021
  • Drywall studs completed in on classroom/admin building.  Drywall is being installed
  • Exterior light bases have been installed
  • Monumental stairs have been installed at first entrance
  • Footing for front entrance area has been completed
  • Studs for kitchen/gym walls have been installed.
  • Major milestone for June 2021 is to complete window installation and putting down binder course for parking lot. We are currently on schedule to meet this milestone
 
Job safety is excellent and no new COVID issues.!
