Audit Partner presented an Audit Exit to Finance Committee on Friday, 10/23. Finance committee voted unanimously to recommend that the Board of Trustees accept the FY20 audit report.

Financial Highlights:
EFF Loan closed, debt and construction fund are on Foundation's Balance Sheet.
Governor's FY21 state budget is expected to be finalized by the end of November. DESE has updated tuition projections and Q1 financials reflect the increase in tuition, but it should be noted that the School's FY21 Budget will be revised to reflect changes in revenue and expenses due to remote learning in Q1 and Q2. Revised budget will be presented to Finance Committee and BOT in November for approval.
