  A. Review Committee Goals
   
  1. The Governance Committee will work with the Board to update Trustee expectations and ensure that each trustee has a plan in place to meet these and assess the Board on its performance annually.
  2. The Governance Committee will recruit 2-3 new trustees.
  3. The Governance Committee will review and update the Trustee Onboarding process.
  4. The Governance Committee will work on a succession plan for board members and officers.
  5. Each Board committee will set goals by September and report out on the progress towards them at every board meeting. 
  6. Each committee will include goals that include racial equity.  All Board Members will participate in antiracism training.
  B. Review and Revise Trustee Expectations

Review feedback on last onboarding process and discuss any changes to the onboarding process

There will be an upcoming meeting between trustees and DEI consultant Chante' Chambers.
