Financial Highlights
Balance Sheet:
Closed on second parcel of land in December.
P&L:
Minor adjustments made to forecast for both campuses, no effect on change in Net Postion.
Tuition rates released in December resulting in $115k decrease.  Following up with DESE on calculation before adjusting forecast.  A decrease in tuition rate will still result in a $134k increase in tuition for the fiscal year.
