Review of Budget
- It is noted that the presentation should state "Budget Hearing #2".
- Proposed budget amendment reflects a deficit of ($29K) which is a decrease of $41K vs the approved budget.
- Revenue decreased $254K. QBE funding based on 166 FTE vs forward funded FTE of 191. Updates to federal grant revenue.
- Expenses decreased $213K. Personnel salaries, reduced student computer budget, increased $9K related to audit services.

Vote To Approve
V. Thomas made a motion to Approve the 25-26 budget amendment as presented.
D. Hunter seconded the motion.
The team VOTED to approve the motion.
