Dashboard Presentation

Dashboard Presentation by Hunter Brown Instructional Data Solutions LLC Presentation on dashboard software for Sankofa Montessori- Overview.  A 30 minute presentation illustrating the Google form dashboard to utilize and compile data from Standardized testing data.  He illustrated how the software can help Sankofa keep track of DIBELS, ANET, MAP, etc.  He showed how a report could be created for each student from the dashboard data that could be given to teachers/parents.  Committee members brought up the following points/requests: 1. for Sankofa Montessori to own the Google database/platform (for it to stay in the school's property vs. Data Solutions Inc. 2.  for the student report to also include data on attendance, tardiness, and school suspensions - good points for the school to see correlations with school attendance and standardized test scores 3. for PPT presentation to be shared with board members; Recording of Zoom meeting to be shared with all board members.

II. Public Comments/Questions

Public Comment

Public Comment 5 m Speakers please limit questions/comments to 2 minutes

Comment:  I agree with the school cutoff of breakfast at 8:10 AM.  Last year with tardies, we had the food trip initiative that didn't go well and dealing with a certain type of parent.  I think a solution from that angle is beneficial. Maybe an idea is to create a video newsletter, because parents are not reading communications.
