-Enrollment dashboard

-The lottery was held yesterday, and we are now in open enrollment. Seats are offered as families apply. 

-With our facility announced, we are confident that our numbers will look much more favorable this month than in previous months.

-We plan to utilize a few tactics: mailers to age-eligible children's homes, canvassing, and digital advertising. 

-We are hiring for the following roles: 1 Art Teacher, 1 Music Teacher, 1 Special Education Teacher, 1 Montessori Academic Specialist, 7 Lead Guides, 1 office coordinator, and 7 Assistants. 

• Art Teacher: 3 qualified applicants in the interview process
• Music Teacher: 4 qualified applicants in the interview process
• Special Education Teacher: 1 qualified applicant in the interview process
• Montessori Academic Specialist: 2 qualified applicants in the final interview stage
• Lead Guides: 1 qualified already Montessori-certified Elementary guide in the interview process. 1 qualified non-Montessori-certified Elementary guide in the interview process. 
• Assistant Guides: No qualified applicants
• Office Coordinator: 9 qualified applicants

A few strategies to increase application numbers

• Attending career fairs at schools of education
• Partnership with SelectED-a teacher recruitment platform that we get to utilize at no cost due to our affiliation with BES 
• Targeted outreach to already certified Montessori teachers via LinkedIn and Montessori social platforms

Need support in creating it? Reach out to Sarah at least four days before the meeting date so that the meeting agenda can be made public in accordance with open meeting laws. Meeting agendas need to be posted at least three days before the meeting. FYI: next meeting is February 7th.
