P. Castro called a meeting of the Governance Committee of The GLOBE Academy to order on Tuesday Nov 11, 2025 at 7:56 PM.

Approve Minutes
P. Castro made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 02-22-24.
N. Cowan seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Playbooks
We need to create playbooks for Academic, Community & Cultural Engagement, Executive Director Evaluation and Support, Charter Renewal, Operations, Facilities & Transportation Planning, and Nominating Committees.
The following Playbooks need to be reviewed: Strategic Planning, and Facilities & Transportation Committees.

Need to partner with Chair and Vice Chair on checklists.

Need to partner with Chair and Vice Chair on checklists.
