A. Sullivan called a meeting of the Facilities Committee Committee of Kairos Academies to order on Wednesday Dec 13, 2023 at 2:04 PM.

II. Senior Team Updates
A.
COO Update
- Drops in Average daily attendance from Cycle 2 to Cycle 3
- Data is isolated and broken down by grades
- 9th grade average of 70%, we are reviewing data in more detail to determine a path forward
B.
CSO Update
- Construction on track for delivery
- Positive news story covered by KSDK on our band concert
- Possip data - survey sent out to family to cover communication specific initiatives
- 85% of Strategic plan initiatives complete
