Call the Meeting to Order
M. Vachow called a meeting of the Program Committee Committee of Kairos Academies to order on Tuesday Feb 21, 2023 at 4:03 PM.

Approve Minutes
M. Vachow made a motion to approve the minutes from Kairos Academies Program Committee Meeting on 01-23-23.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Dr. Graham shared plans for hiring staff for the 23-24 school year.
We are in the process of creating an Academic Guidebook to improve our APR points in future years.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:50 PM.

MDS reviews Fall to Winter data growth per the MDS January goals update.
About 50 Kairos Academies students receive tutoring in addition to regular instruction.
Average ADA is as follows thus far Middle School- 83%, High School 88%.
The Schools Team has implemented Parent Academy in the month of February to help educate and serve parents.
MDS shows evidence of different types of feedback Instructional staff gives in the Grow platform.
