Monthly Financials
The committee reviewed financials for November and December. Financials weren't approved because quorum wasn't met. Committee chair reviewed with CEO and Director of Finance and HR. Finances will be revisted again in February.

Audit was reviewed by the Finance committee meeting in December.

SDFHR Monthly Update
CEO gave update on revised budget and process for setting 23-24 budget.
